How is shipping cost calculated?

When you select an address we request a live quote based on the parcel weight and dimensions of your items and the destination. The quote shows the service, price and estimated transit days before you pay.

How long is a shipping quote valid?

Fifteen minutes. If you take longer, the checkout simply requests a fresh quote. Each quote can be used for one order only.

Where do orders ship from?

Goods are produced by our partner facilities, consolidated at a Labelix warehouse and dispatched internationally from there. You never need to choose a warehouse.

What is the difference between direct shipping and dropshipping?

Direct shipping delivers the order to your own address. Dropshipping delivers to your end customers. Both route through our warehouse first for inspection and consolidation.

Can you dropship to my customers?

Yes. Ship finished goods directly to your customers' addresses worldwide — no need to hold inventory. Contact us to set up recurring dropshipping for your store.

How do I track my parcel?

The order detail page shows the international carrier and tracking number once the parcel leaves the warehouse, plus shipped and delivered timestamps as they are confirmed by the carrier.

Who pays import duties and taxes?

The recipient. Duties, VAT and customs charges are set by the destination country and collected on delivery. They are not included in our prices or shipping quotes.

How do you declare my parcel to customs?

We declare product name, quantity and unit price based on the information in your order. You can review and amend the declared name and quantity on the package details page before the parcel is packed.

Do I need to provide ID for customs?

Some destinations require recipient identification for clearance. If yours does, we will ask for the details and use them only for that declaration.

What are the estimated delivery times?

Each shipping quote shows a minimum and maximum transit time for the chosen service. These are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Available services depend on the destination and parcel, and the quote shows what is offered for your order. For specific carrier requirements, contact us before ordering.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Contact support immediately. Addresses are frozen at checkout and can only be changed before packing. Delays, returns or extra costs caused by an incorrect address are the customer's responsibility.

What happens if my parcel is lost?

Report it after the expected delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier. Confirmed losses are remade or refunded; the declared value is the basis of any claim.

Photograph the packaging and items and report within 48 hours of delivery. Shipping damage is covered under our after-sales policy with remake or refund.

Optional value-added services that cover loss or damage and compensate for late delivery respectively. Shipping insurance may also be offered at checkout as a share of the goods value.

If the address can be quoted at checkout it can be served, but carriers may refuse PO boxes for larger parcels. We recommend a street address.

Goods first travel from the factory to our warehouse (domestic leg). International tracking appears once the consolidated parcel is dispatched to you.
