What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Minimums are set per craft rather than per product, and many techniques start from a single piece. When a request combines several crafts, the highest of their minimums applies. Any applicable MOQ is shown on the craft page and checked when you accept a quote.

Do you charge a design or customization fee?

No design fee. Custom-print quotes include only goods, crafts and shipping. Free Customization carries a consultation fee for the specialist production plan — waived for your first request with the welcome credit and refunded if we cannot offer a suitable plan.

Can I order a sample before mass production?

Yes, and we recommend it. Order a single customized piece to approve fit, fabric and craft quality before committing to a larger run — especially for specialty finishes and embroidery.

Is there a sample fee?

Some crafts carry a sample fee that covers one-off setup, and it is charged only when that policy is enabled. Where a craft lists "Free for N+ pcs", the fee is waived once your order reaches that quantity.

How is my quote calculated?

Goods are priced from the SKU's volume tier; each print is priced from its craft's area × quantity matrix; our service margin and currency conversion are applied; shipping is added from a live quote. The result is snapshotted, so later price changes never alter a published quote.

Why is the unit price lower when I order more?

Both goods and crafts use quantity bands. Crossing into a higher band lowers the per-piece price for the whole order, not just the additional pieces.

Are prices shown including shipping?

Product and craft prices exclude shipping. Shipping is quoted live against your address at checkout or on the quote page and itemised separately.

What currencies can I pay in?

Your display currency is chosen from the enabled list using the currency selector; USD is always available. Prices convert at our current rate, and the order is settled in the currency shown at checkout.

How is my display currency chosen?

If you have picked a currency, that choice is remembered. Otherwise we infer one from your location, falling back to USD. You can change it at any time from the selector in the header.

Are there any taxes or duties in the price?

No. Import duties and taxes are levied by the destination country and are payable by the recipient on delivery. See the Shipping Policy.

What is the payment surcharge?

Some payment methods carry a processing surcharge, calculated as a percentage of the order amount plus a fixed fee. It is shown only after you choose a payment method and is never included in quotes or product prices.

Optional protection priced as a share of the goods value. Above certain order value or quantity thresholds it may be mandatory; the checkout page tells you which applies. It is locked in when the order is created.

No. Quotes and orders store a snapshot of every price component at the time they were created.

Manual quotes carry an expiry date chosen by our team. Pay before the countdown ends; afterwards the quote is marked expired and must be refreshed.

Yes. Beyond the published quantity bands, large or recurring programmes can be quoted individually — select Bulk or Wholesale on the contact form.

Is the consultation fee deducted from my order?

The consultation fee pays for the production plan and is separate from production pricing. It is refunded only if we cannot provide a suitable plan.

Craft effect renders, try-on images and videos consume promotional credits first and then your wallet balance. New verified accounts receive a set of free image and video credits.

Yes, customer prices include our service margin on top of the manufacturer's price. You never see or pay in the manufacturer's currency; everything is presented in your display currency.
