How do I create an account?

Register with your email and a password of at least eight characters, then click the verification link we email you. You can also sign in with Google where available.

Why must I verify my email?

Verification confirms you control the address used for order and quote notifications. Password sign-in works only after verification, and it also unlocks your welcome credits.

I did not receive the verification email.

Accepted Answer

Check your spam folder, then request a new link from the sign-in page. Each new request invalidates earlier links, and links expire after 24 hours.

How do I reset my password?

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. The reset link is valid for one hour and can be used once; after a successful reset, all other sessions are signed out.

Can I sign in with Google?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when Google sign-in is enabled. Your Google email must be verified by Google. If it matches an existing verified Labelix account, the two are linked and your password is kept.

I signed up with Google — why can't I reset a password?

Google-only accounts have no password. Continue signing in with Google, or contact support if you need a password set up.

How many addresses can I save?

Accepted Answer

As many as you need, with one marked as default. Countries come from our supported list, phone numbers are validated in international format, and postal codes are checked where the country has a rule.

Does editing an address change my existing orders?

No. Orders keep a snapshot of the address and contact details used at checkout. Contact support to change the destination of an order that has not shipped.

Can I change my login email?

The login email is also your contact email on the profile and cannot be changed from the account page. Contact support if you need to migrate to a new address.

What notifications will I receive?

Order payment confirmations, quote ready or updated, cancellation decisions, refunds and wallet top-ups — each as an email and an in-app notification under Notifications, filterable by category and read state.

Can I turn off emails?

Transactional emails about your orders, quotes and payments cannot be disabled because they are part of the service. We do not send marketing newsletters from the account system.

Where are my uploaded designs stored?

In your print library. You can reuse them in any workbench session.

Who owns the artwork I upload?

You do. You are responsible for having the rights to it, and you grant Labelix permission to use it solely to provide the service — producing your garments and generating previews.

To operate your account, process orders and payments, produce and ship goods, and provide support. Data is shared with payment, logistics, production and AI providers only as needed. See the Privacy Policy.

Yes. Cancelled, completed or refunded orders and converted, declined or cancelled requests can be removed from your views; records are retained internally.

Passwords are stored hashed, password resets and Google linking invalidate old sessions, and all traffic is encrypted. Use a unique password and keep your email account secure.
