2. Accounts and contact information
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for providing accurate contact, shipping, billing, and project information. We may use the contact details in your profile or submitted request to follow up on quotes, production details, payments, or delivery matters.
3. Custom requests and quotations
Custom requests, design placement, craft selections, and other project details may require review before we can confirm feasibility, pricing, timelines, or production requirements. A displayed or submitted request is not a final production commitment until the applicable quote, payment, and order details are confirmed.
4. Payments and order processing
Payment availability, supported currencies, fees, and processing times may vary by payment provider and region. Orders may be delayed or paused if payment, address, contact, compliance, or production information is incomplete or inaccurate.
5. User materials
You are responsible for ensuring that artwork, logos, images, text, brand assets, and other materials you upload or submit can lawfully be used for the requested purpose. You grant Labelix permission to use submitted materials as needed to provide the requested services.

Production and delivery may involve suppliers, payment processors, logistics providers, AI service providers, or other third-party services. Estimated timelines, availability, and delivery outcomes can be affected by review, manufacturing, customs, carrier, and regional conditions.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use Labelix to submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or otherwise unauthorized materials or requests. We may refuse, pause, or cancel work that appears to violate these terms or applicable requirements.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms of Service and any dispute, controversy, difference, or claim arising out of or relating to them, including their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any such dispute, controversy, difference, or claim shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.
