Yes. Payments are processed by licensed payment providers; card details never touch our servers. Payment results are confirmed by the provider's signed notification, not by your browser.

When you confirm payment on the chosen method. Placing an order or accepting a quote creates an unpaid order; nothing is charged until you complete the payment step.

Why is a surcharge added when I pick certain payment methods?

A processing fee some methods carry, calculated as a percentage plus a fixed amount and shown only after you select a method. It is added to the order total, never to your wallet when topping up.

Why do I have to tick a confirmation box before paying?

Order and consultation payments require you to confirm the order details and agree to our policies. Wallet top-ups do not.

My payment failed. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Return to the order and choose Pay now again or pick another method. A failed attempt never charges you, and the order stays payable until its reservation expires.

Some methods confirm asynchronously. Use Check payment status on the order; our reconciliation rechecks unresolved payments automatically, first after five minutes and then at increasing intervals for up to 24 hours.

Hosted checkout sessions expire — typically within 30 minutes for card pages and about nine minutes for some local cashier pages. If a session expires, start again from the order page.

No. Orders must be paid in full, and direct-purchase orders are cancelled automatically if unpaid after 24 hours.

The wallet funds AI generation (effect previews, try-on, video) and consultation credits. Orders, drafts and top-ups are always paid through a payment provider.

How do I top up my wallet?

Go to Balance and choose Top up. The amount you enter is credited in full; any payment surcharge is charged on top and not added to the balance.

Welcome credits granted once when you verify your email — image credits, a video credit and a consultation credit. They are consumed before your cash balance.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are returned to the original payment method through the provider. Wallet top-up refunds debit the wallet. Once approved, a refund is issued within five to ten business days; your bank may need additional time to post it.

Funds are held by the platform and released to production partners according to fulfillment progress, which protects your payment until your order is produced and shipped.
