What is the difference between a product and a SKU?

Accepted Answer

A product (for example "Heavyweight Hoodie") is the style. A SKU is one purchasable variant of that style — a specific colour and size — with its own stock, weight and price. You always add a SKU to the cart.

How do I choose size and colour?

On the product page select the attribute values (typically colour and size) to land on a SKU. The price, stock status and images update for the variant you selected.

Which sizes are available?

Size ranges vary by product; most styles run from S to XXL. The exact list appears on each product page. For custom development you can specify your own size chart and grading.

Where can I find fabric and material information?

Accepted Answer

Material details are described on each product page and in the quality notes for its category. For custom projects the fabric specification is part of the production plan you receive with your quote.

What do the product tags such as Breathable or Eco-Friendly mean?

Tags are curated labels that highlight a product's key properties — Soft, Breathable, UV-Protective, Eco-Friendly and so on. You can also filter by tag when building a free-customization request.

What does the quality rating on a product mean?

Every product carries a 1–5 quality rating set by our sourcing team. Categories may publish notes explaining what each rating level means for that product type, so you can compare options at a glance.

How are prices displayed?

Prices are shown in your display currency, calculated from the manufacturer's price plus our service margin and converted at the current rate. The "From" price on category cards is the lowest in-stock variant.

Why did the price change when I picked a different size or colour?

Each SKU has its own price, and some variants cost more to produce. Quantity also matters: many SKUs have volume tiers, so the unit price drops when your quantity reaches the next band.

Is there a quantity discount on finished products?

Yes. SKUs can carry volume price tiers with non-overlapping quantity bands; the unit price shown updates as you change quantity at checkout.

Does adding an item to my cart reserve it?

Accepted Answer

No. The cart only records your intent. Stock is validated and reserved when the order is created, and the reservation is held for a limited time while you complete payment.

How do I know whether an item is in stock?

Stock is shown per SKU on the product page. Out-of-stock variants remain visible but cannot be ordered, and the "From" price on listings prefers in-stock variants.

Yes — order a single unit like any other purchase. Sampling before a bulk run is the best way to confirm fit, fabric hand-feel and decoration quality.

What is "Customize Print" on a product page?

Accepted Answer

It opens the custom-print workbench for that SKU so you can place artwork on the front or back, choose a craft, preview the effect and request a quote. It appears only on products that have print-ready base images configured.

Why don't some products show the Customize Print button?

Accepted Answer

Only products with configured print sides can be customized directly. For any other style, start a Free Customization request and upload reference images instead.

Can I request a product that is not in the catalog?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use Free Customization to describe the garment, upload up to five reference images and add your artwork. Our team will quote the development and production.

Do products come with my branding or with Labelix branding?

Accepted Answer

Catalog products ship unbranded unless you specify otherwise. Labels, hang tags and packaging can be customized as part of a custom request.

How often is the catalog updated?

New styles are added continuously. Retired products are hidden from the catalog, but your past orders and drafts keep their history.

Yes. Category pages load 24 products at a time; scrolling appends more automatically, and after several pages a Load more button continues the list.

Yes, product images show the actual styles and colours. Screen calibration can shift colours slightly, so order a sample when colour accuracy is critical.

Yes. Buy now takes the selected SKU and quantity straight to checkout; Add to cart lets you combine several items in one order.
