Do I need an account to browse the catalog?

Accepted Answer

No. Products, categories, crafts and articles are public. You only need to sign in to add items to the cart, check out, save customization drafts or submit a custom request.

Do you work with individuals or only with businesses?

Accepted Answer

Both. Many of our customers are individual creators launching a first collection; others are established brands moving production to us. The platform is intended for business and creator workflows and is not directed to children.

Can Labelix manufacture my entire collection, or only print on blanks?

Both. You can customize finished products from our catalog with prints and crafts, or start from scratch with Free Customization and have a garment developed to your specification — fabric, pattern, sizing, decoration and packaging.

What does "one-stop" actually cover?

Accepted Answer

Design tools, craft selection, quoting, sampling, bulk production, quality inspection, warehousing, international shipping and optional dropshipping to your end customers. You deal with one platform and one support team for the whole chain.

Is dropshipping available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once your products are produced and inspected we can ship them from our warehouse directly to your customers worldwide, so you never need to hold inventory yourself.

Our customer service team works in English and Chinese. The website and all documents are in English.

Your inquiry is logged with the project type you selected (Free Customization, Ready-Made Collection, Bulk or Wholesale, Partnership or Other) and the optional quantity band. A team member replies by email, normally within one to two business days.

Production takes place at partner facilities in mainland China and is not open for walk-in visits. If you are planning a large programme, contact us and we will arrange a call with our sourcing team and share facility information.

Yes. Both finished goods and crafts are priced by quantity band, so unit prices fall as volume grows. For very large or recurring programmes, choose Bulk or Wholesale on the contact form and we will prepare a tailored offer.

Yes. Woven labels, printed neck labels, hang tags and branded packaging can all be specified in a Free Customization request. Describe what you need in the request note or attach your brand guidelines.

Every order passes inspection before it leaves the facility. Items that fail are reworked or reproduced before shipping, and the same standards apply whether an order is five pieces or five thousand.

Pricing is volume-based rather than account-based, so the best lever is ordering in larger quantity bands. New accounts also receive promotional AI image, video and consultation credits after email verification.
