Labelix provides you with global, all-category, and all-channel logistics services. Shipping destinations cover most countries and regions worldwide; specific deliverable areas are subject to the system display at the time of order placement.
Shipping Rates & Transit Time
- Rate Adjustments: Labelix will adjust shipping rates and transit times based on its own costs and market conditions, and will notify you in advance of any changes.
- Rate Calculation: Specific shipping rates are subject to the system calculation at the time of order placement, and are affected by factors such as package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.
- Transit Time: Transit time is affected by factors such as origin, destination, customs clearance progress, shipping method, and force majeure. The transit time provided by Labelix is an estimated timeframe and does not constitute an absolute commitment.
II. Customs Clearance & Declaration
Truthful Declaration
You are advised to declare the package value truthfully. Labelix will declare the value based on the amount you provide.
Declaration Information
Labelix will, based on the product information you submit and in consideration of legal compliance and customs clearance efficiency, complete the declaration of product name, quantity, and declared unit price on your behalf. You may independently modify the declared product name and quantity on the package details page before the package is packed.
Tax Notice
The heavier the weight or the higher the product price, the greater the probability of customs duties being levied. Customs duties and other import taxes and fees shall be borne by the recipient and are subject to actual collection by the customs authority of the destination country.
Personal Information Processing
When you place an order or are provided as a recipient, Labelix will collect the sender's and recipient's name, address, contact information, and cargo information for order submission, waybill generation, warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, and delivery. In accordance with the requirements of the customs authority of the destination country, identification document information may be collected for identity verification and customs declaration purposes, but strictly limited to such use.
III. Package Handling & Delivery
Packaging
Labelix will properly package products to ensure transportation safety.
Delivery
Packages will be handed over to partnered logistics service providers for delivery. Delivery time is affected by the operational status of the logistics service provider and the delivery capacity of the destination.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the recipient address provided is accurate and complete. Any delivery delays, failures, or additional costs caused by incorrect addresses shall be borne by you.
IV. Delay, Damage, Loss & Compensation
Compensation Rules
In cases of delay, damage, loss, customs taxation, or confiscation during logistics, Labelix will provide compensation in accordance with the after-sales compensation rules.
Value-Added Protection
Labelix provides customers with services such as "Secure Protection" and "Delay Insurance" to reduce the risks associated with package shipping.
Role of Declared Value
The declared value you provide will serve as the basis for filing a lost package claim with Labelix.
V. Force Majeure & Exemption
Labelix shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: acts of administrative authorities, acts of customs or government agencies, acts or omissions of persons not employed or contracted by Labelix (including senders, recipients, customs, government agencies, or third parties), security regulations, force majeure (such as riots, strikes, labor disputes, civil disturbances, epidemics, communication or information system failures, air or ground traffic interruptions, electromagnetic damage or deletion, natural disasters including earthquakes, cyclones, storms, floods, etc.).
