Screen printing transfers ink through a prepared mesh stencil onto the material, with each color typically applied through a separate screen. It produces strong opacity, saturated colors, sharp edges, and a durable printed surface that works especially well for bold graphics, typography, and solid color areas. Different inks can create matte, glossy, rubberized, or slightly raised finishes. The process is highly suitable for medium and large production runs, although very fine gradients and photographic artwork may require additional color separation or halftone preparation.
